Altakhassusi 1.2.6

KFSH&RC has recently launched the Altakhassusi Application, providing users with convenient access to their health care records at any time and from anywhere. This application offers a range of features and functionalities to cater to the needs of patients:

• Health Profile: Gives users an overview of their most recent health information as recorded in their health records.
• Appointments: Allows users to view their upcoming appointments, as well as those of their dependents. Users can also postpone or cancel existing appointments.
• Medical Conditions: Provides a list of diagnoses and complaints obtained from the electronic health record.
• Medications: Displays a list of current and inactive medications. Users can also request prescription renewals through this feature.
• Health Maintenance: Offers a list of recommended procedures or immunizations based on the user's age, gender, and medical history.
• Immunization: Provides a list of immunizations either taken or recommended for the user based on their age, gender, and medical history.
• Laboratory Tests: Allows users to view details of future or completed laboratory tests and procedure results.
• Radiology: Enables users to access reports of all completed radiology exams and procedures.
• Documents: Users can view or request various medical reports, including discharge summaries or medical evaluations.
• Vital Signs: Displays values and graphs for vital signs, height, and weight as documented during each visit.
• Surgical Procedures: Provides details of completed surgical procedures.
• Pathology: Allows users to access reports of all completed pathology tests and procedures.
• Hospital Visits: Enables users to view details of their previous hospital visits to outpatient, inpatient, and emergency departments.
• Supplies: Gives users the ability to view and request approved supplies required for themselves or their dependents.
• Personal Profile: Provides a platform for users to access and update their personal information and emergency contact details.
